The new mum to baby True was rocked back in April by claims her basketballer bae Tristan Thompson had cheated throughout their relationship - and it's thought the stress of the situation sent her into labour.
Now all seems to be forgiven - and it looks like Khloe's even decided to MARRY Tristan after making a big show of her diamond-studded band.
Khloe and Tristan hosted a Fourth Of July party at their luxury home in Los Angeles, but while Khloe made out that the event was only celebrating Independence Day, there were a few clues that it was actually an engagement party.
Her sister Kendall zoomed in on Khloe's blingy ring as she sat under a neon light, making her orange Yeezy hoodie and shorts glow in the dark.
The light glinted off the many-layered band, which was festooned with precious gemstones.
While Khloe didn't confirm it had been given to her by Tristan, she didn't shy away from showing it off to the camera.
Earlier in the day, Khloe had taken her phone around her party preparations to show fans exactly how they were celebrating the major holiday.
"Getting ready for our Forth party, oh yeah," she said on Instagram Stories, while panning her camera over a table groaning under the weight of huge and ornate flower arrangements.
She then snapped a shot of her swimming pool stuffed full of inflatables and decorated with orb lights strung up around the outside for a romantic glow.
Khloe introduced her fans to her personal chef, who was busy whipping up cheeseburgers on her outside grill, then revealed she and Tristan had even hired a private ice cream cart for her guests to enjoy.
One of Tristan's friends later got hold of a microphone and gave a toast to the happy couple while all the guests congregated around the pool.
Most of his speech was clipped, but Khloe did include him saying: "Shout out to Koko and Tristan at your Forth Of July party, happy birthday to my boy Lucas here, you know?"
There's been no official word of an engagement, but it seemed to be what the couple were moving towards because the Tristan cheating claims came to light.
